Engineering task and result
Project overview
Project scope
In 2013, a semi-automatic wood-chip dosing system was supplied for the Voanda project. This budget-friendly configuration retains the efficiency of a fully industrial installation.
Dosing principle
A vibratory channel feeds the product while brush regulators control the main and final flow for accurate weight dosing.
Operator cycle
The operator positions the bag manually, presses a pedal and receives the dose through the filling spout. The doser then prepares the next portion.
Operating data
Output is up to 5-6 bags per minute, depending on the product. Power supply is 220-230 V and compressed air is required.
Product range
The system is suitable for wood chips, pellets, granules, pressed briquettes, fertilisers and food bulk materials.
